During a study visit to Krakow your learners can explore the city's rich historical and psychological legacy. The Kazimierz Jewish district which formed the Krakow Ghetto and a visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau bring home the realities of Nazi occupation and the persecution and fear the city lived under. A talk with a survivor of the holocaust, while they still remain, will form a great case study for any student of psychology and sociology.

  • Reasons to Visit
    1. Auschwitz-Birkenau Concentration Camp

6 million Poles, including 3 million Jews, perished in Nazi concentration camps between 1940-45 over 1,5 million at Auschwitz alone. Many of the original buildings stand to this day in Auschwitz as a bleak reminder of the camp’s history.
