JCB Factory Tour

Visits begin with a short presentation in the JCB Theatre followed by time in the new ‘’Story of JCB’’ exhibition, before moving on to assembly line of the world famous Backhoe Loader machine. Here, you will see how the machine is built from the delivery of the sheet steel, profiling, laser cutting, welding, paint shop, assembly and finally the finished product! Please Note: All Visitors must be over 15 years of age.

Drayton Manor Park Business Workshops

The Education Team at Drayton Manor offer a range of workshops alongside a park visit to get the most out of your day. These hour long interactive sessions are based around Drayton Manor as a Business, Marketing, Customer Service as well as HR and marketing. All workshops are targeted to the students level and link to the curriculum.

The Silverstone Experience

State of the art interactive displays, compelling stories, iconic cars and motorcycles – let the Silverstone Experience take you on a journey through the past, present and future of Silverstone and British motor racing. At the end of your visit experience the thrill of speeding around Silverstone alongside your racing heroes in a dramatic, immersive show ‘The ultimate lap of Silverstone’ with commentary by Murray Walker.
Visit includes entry to The Silverstone Experience with accompanying self-led activities to guide you through the exhibition, free entry to the Heritage Track Trail* allowing pupils to explore a retired section of the Grand Prix circuit and see what’s racing around the track that day.

Workshops are also available and are designed to provide curriculum-related, hands-on opportunities for pupils to extend their learning in STEM subjects and careers in the motor sports industry. They are 45 minutes in length, led by a trained facilitator and are based in one of the Learning Studios overlooking the famous Silverstone Circuit.

Cadbury World Talk & Tour

With 25 years’ experience and more than 2,000 youth groups attending each year, Cadbury World has become a valuable educational resource for students of all ages. Talks have been specifically designed for the relevant age of the group and can be arranged to complement your Cadbury World Tour in Business Studies which can include Marketing, People in Business and Investigating Business.

Morgan Car Company Factory Tour

Immerse your students in the mix of rare craft skills and latest modern technology that goes into each Morgan sports car. Unlike other factory ‘experiences’, visitors to Morgan won’t peer through viewing galleries, walk through imitation production lines or be shown the outside of factory buildings. A Morgan guided tour is authentic and real. Visitors are guided through every workshop – each one with its own sights, smells and sounds – by an experienced and knowledgeable tour guide.
