Step one -please complete the 'Request a Quote' form. We will send you a tailor-made quotation, advising you on the best value for money options.
Step two -once you have approval for the trip, please contact us to check availability and reserve places. We will advise you of your deposit deadline date. Your booking is then held on a provisional basis. We have materials to assist you should you require them, including posters, risk assessment advice and destination guides.
Step three - contact parents and ask your students to provide a non-refundable deposit. If your booking is with a low-cost airline you will need to confirm your names as per passport.
Step four - once we have received the deposits, names list and completed booking form we will confirm your tour.
Step five - now your booking is confirmed you will be appointed a dedicated tour planner who will work with you to plan your perfect trip and support you from here onwards. Your final balance will be due 10 weeks before travel.
Step six -as soon as we have received your final balance and paperwork, we will send your Group Leader’s Travel Pack. Have a great time! Should you need us whilst you’re away we have a 24 hours emergency support line.
