Terms and conditions
A minimum stay of one night is required, with no minimum group size. The discount applies to departures from 1st September 2026 onwards, and bookings must be made by 31st July 2026. This offer is valid for trips to the EU and worldwide countries, including Iceland, the USA, and China. However, the discount excludes UK trips, day trips, transport-only tours, and accommodation-only tours.
Available to Early Career Teachers who are booking their first trip with Esto. Book by 31st July 2026; subject to availability and operational capacity. Accompanied support provides only logistical guidance and reassurance; Esto staff will not lead or deliver the tour, and responsibility for students, safeguarding, and tour delivery remains with the teacher and school. The offer is non transferable and not valid on existing bookings.
In order to provide you with further peace of mind for your school visit, we offer 2 nights bed and breakfast accommodation for 2 people in a twin room free of charge at, or near to, your booked accommodation. This enables you to plan your visit and answer any queries on your own risk assessments. Please contact us for further details and eligibility.
£10 per person loyalty discount is available to both individual teachers and schools. If a teacher changes schools, they remain eligible for the discount when booking with their new school. Additionally, any booking made by a different teacher, subject, or trip from a school that has booked with us within the past two years will also qualify for the loyalty discount.
