    Key Stage 4 & 5

    • Media Industries:
The impact of production processes, personnel and technologies on the final product
    • Media Audiences:
      How media organisations categorise audiences

From film classics like “King Kong” and “Breakfast at Tiffanys” to the ground-breaking TV hits “Seinfeld” and “Friends”, New York has been the co-star in so many memorable film and TV moments.   What better place to inspire your film and media students than by exploring the sets and famous locations of this most recognisable of world cities.

Add in a visit to the Museum of Moving Image or a workshop at the Paley Media Center  or create your own downloadable show at the revamped NBC Studio Tour and you have the recipe for an inspiring and potentially life changing experience that your students will never forget.

  • Reasons to Visit
    1. NBC Studio Tour

The revamped NBC tour offers backstage access to the studios, where shows like Saturday Night Live are made, as well as the historic halls of 30 Rock. Additionally, your group will learn about the entire TV production process, from writing and producing to the ways TV content gets to your home. You then get the chance to produce your own show in their brand new Tour Studio which you can download to keep for free.

  • What you say

Radio city tour was excellent! I will book this again. This was the first time we have been and the students loved it.

The Henley College - Apr 18

Radio City was fantastic, and really interesting for our production and art students as well. A brilliant tour service - you were recommended to me, and they were right. The service is fantastic.

The Downs School - Apr 17

The service we received was outstanding. The organisation and smooth running of the trip was exceptional... Taking 43 kids to NYC is no easy task but EST definitely helped to make the process smooth and ensured the students had the time of their life.

St Aidans CE High School - Apr 17

I have now used European study tours 4 times
and I personally wouldn't use anyone else...excellent service!

    Darlington College

Thank you for your professionalism, flexibility,
time and support which made the trip such a success!

    Cathedral Academy

Really positive and helpful all the way through the
booking and planning process - always on hand and really personable.
