    Day 1

    Arrive into Pisa. Transfer to Florence with a short stop at the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

    Day 2

    Balsamic Vinegar and Parmesan Factory. The history of Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale probably stretches back as far as Roman times, so is a great way to see both business, production and culture. At the Parmesan Factory you will see how the process takes place using milk specifically from pedigreed red Reggiana cows.

    Day 3

    Cookery Lesson. We can arrange a cookery lesson for a group – to see an Italian recipe being prepared, which will then be eaten later.

    Day 4

    Free time before flight home.
