Inclusive Experiences. Exceptional Outcomes.

Every student deserves the chance to experience the benefits of learning beyond the classroom. We know that creating an inclusive trip isn’t about following a set formula. Every group is unique, and every student’s needs can be different.

Whether you’re considering accessibility requirements, sensory needs, medical considerations, anxiety or individual support arrangements, we’re here to help you plan around SEND and ASN with confidence. By combining your knowledge of your students with our expertise in educational travel, we can explore the options, answer your questions and help create an experience that’s right for your group.

Planning Your Trip Together

Every group is different, which is why we take the time to understand your students, discuss your goals and explore the options available. From your first enquiry to the day you travel, we’ll work alongside you to help create a trip that’s right for your group.

1

Start the conversation

Phone, email or Teams – choose whatever works for you. We’ll get to know you, your group and what you’re hoping this trip will be. Share any SEND, ASN or other considerations with us as early as possible. Don’t worry if you don’t have all the details. We can start from where you’re at.

2

Shape your tour

We’ll work together to shape your itinerary, exploring possibilities along the way – from destinations and accommodation, to transport and activities. We’ll identify options that suit your students and support your objectives, and give you an honest price – with no hidden extras.

3

Launch your trip

We’ll help you get everyone on board and plan with confidence. We’ll provide clear guidance on the arrangements available, helping you make informed decisions and ensuring key requirements are agreed and documented. We’ve got your back.

4

Book and feel supported

As your trip approaches, we’ll continue to support you and ensure everything is in place for a successful and rewarding experience. You’ll get access to My Tour Manager – your trip details at your fingertips – and your very own Tour Designer who’ll look after you every step of the way too.

Helping students feel prepared

For many students, knowing what to expect can make all the difference. That’s why we’re here to help schools access the information they need to build confidence before departure.

Our team can provide details about accommodation, transport, activities and your itinerary, helping you prepare students for the experience ahead. If there is specific information that may help a student feel more comfortable and confident, we’ll work with you to explore what can be provided.

To support planning even further, we also offer complimentary inspection visits, giving teachers the opportunity to experience key aspects of their trip first-hand and consider what’s right for their group.

Insurance and peace of mind

Appropriate insurance is an important part of planning any educational trip, and we’re here to help make the process as straightforward as possible.

If a student has an underlying medical condition, this may need to be disclosed to the insurer so that the appropriate cover can be considered. This relates to the medical condition itself rather than a student’s disability.

If you’re unsure what information may be required, our team can guide you through the process and help you understand the next steps, so you can plan with confidence and focus on creating a rewarding experience for your students.
