Further support for International Schools
We know international groups often have specific requirements – and we’re here for all of them. Prayer time? Dietary restrictions? Cultural considerations? Just tell us what you need and we’ll build it into your itinerary with care.
Sometimes it’s cheaper for you to book flights locally – and that’s absolutely fine. We’ll give you two quotes (with flights / without flights) so you can choose what works best. Either way, we handle everything else.
We can quote for travel insurance, or you can arrange your own. Just make sure it covers:
- All planned activities
- Repatriation to your country of residence
- The full cost of the trip
- Your policy is active before deposits are paid
We’ll point you in the right direction for the latest entry requirements, but you’ll need to check embassy/consulate websites for the most up to date info. Make sure passports have enough validity and students meet all entry rules, and that you have the correct documentation to enter and leave other countries – especially for transit countries.
