My favourite part of the job is the people I get to chat to every day, both within the team and with our clients. There’s something genuinely rewarding about working together to build the right trip for a group, and hearing all about it when they return is honestly the best feeling. With so many destinations and possibilities, no two conversations are ever the same – which keeps things fresh and exciting.

For me, a good working relationship is built on compassion, active listening, trust and honesty. Clear communication makes everything smoother, more collaborative, and far more enjoyable for everyone involved. That people‑first approach is exactly what makes Esto so special to be part of – in one word, I’d describe it as phenomenal.

When I travel, I’m usually asleep before take‑off (thanks to a combination of travel sickness and excellent plane‑sleep skills). Reading is normally my go‑to, but when flying it’s strictly headphones in, eyes closed. I never travel without a really comfy pair of shoes – not glamorous, but absolutely essential.

Outside of work, I love trying new foods and eating out at great restaurants, reading, cooking at home, going to Pilates, and getting out into nature whenever I can. And of course, I’ll always say yes to travelling when the opportunity arises. For me, travel is all about exploration and the perspective it gives you along the way.”
