What I love most about my role is the challenge –  especially putting together trips that feel fresh, exciting and completely tailored to each group. Building relationships is my favourite part of the job; it makes everything more enjoyable and helps me understand exactly what each school wants from their tour. My main aim is always to make every trip the best it possibly can be, so students come away with unforgettable experiences.

My number one planning tip is to book early. It’s the best way to secure the accommodation you want and lock in preferred visit times. For my own trips, though, I like a balance – enough planning to feel organised, but with plenty of room to explore, because spontaneity often leads to the best memories.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me at the gym, on the golf course, or travelling whenever I get the chance. One of the most impressive landmarks I’ve visited is Christ the Redeemer in Brazil, which means a lot to me as my grandad and extended family live there. When it comes to flying, I’m a serious sleeper – eyes closed at take‑off, awake just before landing – fully refreshed and ready to explore.

For me, travel is all about the memories you make and the experiences you share, and that’s something I never take for granted. If I had to describe Esto in one word, it would be collaborative – everyone works together and is always willing to help.”
