Meet Kaz
“Hi, I’m Kaz, and I’ve been part of the Esto team for around three years. What I love most about my role is being able to really see people – what lights them up, what helps them feel at ease – and turning that into travel experiences that feel personal, thoughtful, and genuinely memorable. We take our time, we listen properly, and we design journeys that feel human rather than predictable. Helping someone’s idea slowly become a trip that fits them perfectly is something I never take for granted.
Esto is special because we truly care. There’s a sense of togetherness here – everyone’s focused on doing the right thing for students, teachers, and each other. For me, good working relationships are about clarity and empathy: making sure everyone understands not just the plan, but the why behind it. When people feel informed, they feel confident – and that makes everything run more smoothly.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me with the people who matter most to me – my friends, my family, and my dog, who has very much established themself as the boss of the house. I’m a quieter soul at heart, so I love reading, wandering through cities with a coffee in hand, and slowly ticking off European destinations whenever I can.
The best thing about travel, for me, is learning to slow down, expect the unexpected, and collect moments that make you smile – which is the energy I try to bring into everything I do.
