Meet Jess

“Hi, I’m Jess, and I’m a Tour Designer at Esto. I spend my days helping schools shape trips that feel smooth, exciting, and full of those little moments students never forget. Travel has always been a huge passion of mine, so getting to turn that into real experiences for groups feels pretty special — especially alongside such a fun, close‑knit team.

My top planning tip is to decide the kind of experience you want first. Once you know the vibe, everything else (the visits, the pace, the accommodation) falls into place much more naturally. When I travel myself, I like a balance of planning and spontaneity: enough structure to feel organised, but always room to wander and stumble across something unexpected.

Outside of work, I’m very social and love spending time with friends, catching up, or travelling with friends and family whenever I can. I’m a dual citizen of Australia and England, so visiting family in Australia is always the perfect excuse to explore even more of the world.

For me, travel really is about living – being flexible, open‑minded, and brave enough to try something you’d never do at home.”

I love Rome for its incredible history, beautiful architecture, and the way the whole city feels like an open‑air museum

Thailand has this mix of calm, colour, and energy that’s hard to find anywhere else. Even busy places feel warm and welcoming.

London’s energy, its mix of cultures and the feeling that there’s always something new happening. It’s a city where history and modern life sit side by side, where every neighbourhood has its own personality, and where the atmosphere feels exciting every time you visit. And the best part? It’s right on my doorstep

You don’t wont to get hangry on your trip. Always bring snacks, especially on a flight.
