Hi, I’m Dani! I’m very much a people person and always have been – helping others has shaped most of my career, and that’s exactly why I love what I do. The purpose behind school travel, and the excitement it brings to students, is something I feel really strongly about. Every young person deserves the chance to step outside the classroom, see the world, and gain confidence through new experiences – and I’m so proud to be part of a business that makes that possible.

I’ve worked in school travel for most of my adult life, which means I really understand the pressures teachers are under – juggling busy workloads, endless questions, and the responsibility of keeping everyone safe and happy. I’ve supported countless tours and groups over the years, watching the excitement build, the headcounts triple‑checked, and the memories form that last a lifetime.

In my role at Esto, I lead a team of Tour Designers and help bring these experiences to life. I’ve overseen more than 925 tours since joining, and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better group of people to work with. We’re incredibly proud of the culture we’ve built – a team that’s encouraged to be themselves, supported as individuals, and united by strong relationships. For us, connection really matters. If we ask about your weekend plans, it’s because we genuinely care – and we believe better relationships always lead to a better experience for everyone.

Outside of work, I’m a true family person. I love cooking, getting outside in the fresh air, enjoying good food, and relaxing with a glass of sauvignon on a Saturday night. I’m a big believer in slowing down, soaking it all in, and appreciating the moments that really matter.
