Meet Charlotte
Hi, I’m Charlotte, and I’m a Tour Designer here at Esto. What I love most about my job is getting to know group leaders and building real, genuine relationships along the way – sometimes that even turns into long email chains about upcoming concerts instead of tour planning! I love having insight into destinations and hearing feedback from trips, but it’s the people side of the role that really makes it special for me. If I had to describe Esto in one word, it would be friendly – which suits me perfectly, because I love a chat.
I’ve been with Esto for over three years now, and I genuinely enjoy what I do. Before joining the team, I worked as a high school teacher, which means I really understand the responsibilities group leaders have. That experience helps me support schools in a way that makes the whole process feel as smooth, reassuring and stress‑free as possible. I love collaborating with schools to turn ideas into well‑planned, meaningful trips, and the most rewarding part of my role is knowing the experiences I help organise will become lasting memories for students.
I naturally focus on the finer details and enjoy creating trips that feel tailored to each group rather than taking a one‑size‑fits‑all approach. Outside of work, I’m very sociable and spend lots of time with friends and family – whether that’s planning our own trips, going out for meals, or simply catching up. Travel has always been a big part of my life, and I love bringing that personal passion into every trip I help create.”

Here’s some of my favourite places on Earth!
Canary Islands
Spain is one of my favourite destinations becuase I have so many wonderful memories from when I was a child in Puerto De La Cruz with my grandparents. We spent every summer holiday here and love the area with it being very little tourists. Since getting older I have visited more places in Spain and have loved each place such as my recent trip to Nerja.
New York
New York is one of the most exciting destinations I have visited. I loved everything about it and exploring all the sites such as Time Square and Central Park. There is a constant buzz and somewhere I would love to go back to. The sporting events and Broadway shows is one of the reasons I would go back!
Australia
Australia is one of my favouirte destinations I have visited becuase of it’s incredible mix of vibrant cities and laid back atmostphere. I loved the beaches and wildlife such as Kangaroos. Everything about the country felt exciting and different. One of the most unforgettable moments of my trip was being at MCG watching England win a cricket test match for the first time in Australia in 15 years, which made the experience even more special. The amazing places we visited and the win made it a trip to remember.

Stay flexible in Iceland
When travelling in Iceland, the best tip is to stay flexible, because the weather doesn’t follow plans, it writes its own! One minute it’s sunshine, the next it’s wind snow, so the real skill is rolling with it and adapting as you go!!
