Attorney General Joins Panel In Paris



We're delighted to announce that The Rt Hon Dominic Grieve QC MP will be making his debut appearance on the Question Panel at Your Future In Europe on 7th February 2015.  

Dominic Grieve is the current Attorney General for England and Wales, superintended government lawyers with the authority to prosecute cases and advises government and governing bodies in legal matters. He has been the MP for Beaconsfield in Buckinghamshire since 1997 and now holds position as a Member of the Privy Council. He was called to the Bar at the Middle Temple in 1980 after graduating from Polytechnic of Central London (now the University of Westminster) and is a specialist in occupational safety and health law. 

He was made a Bencher of the Middle Temple in 2005 and appointed a Queen's Counsel in 2008. He has also served as Shadow Secretary of State for Justice, Shadow Lord Chancellor, Shadow Home Secretary and Shadow Attorney General between 2003 - 2010.

He will be joined on the panel by Diane Abbott MP (Labour), Evan Davis (ecomonist), and Shami Chakrabarti (Director of Liberty), with the conference chaired by Kirsty Lang.
