The United Nations Forum is aimed at students aged 16-18, and covers a range of current affairs and pressing global issues, making it the perfect Sixth Form conference. Hosted by the United Nations Headquarters in New York, students have the opportunity to hear from delegates on issues such as Child Poverty, The UN’s role in rebuilding Iraq and Environmental Challenges.
The United Nations Forum can be enhanced by a guided tour of the Headquarters, giving students a fantastic insight into how the UN really works. There are many Business Studies Visits that can be arranged for additional educational focus, as well as meals & Broadway shows to ensure that your group gets the most from their trip. The Programme

The format for the conference will consist of 3 speakers briefing the students for approximately 45 minutes, including a Question & Answer session. The conference will end with an interactive debate about a Motion, which will then be voted upon.
