MEININGER Hotel Berlin Central Station
The hotel is located next to the main train station in Berlin. There are public transport connections from here to all parts of the city. The location is extremely central with many sights and attractions within walking distance. Rooms for students are 3-4 bedded using bunk beds. All rooms have private facilities, satellite TV, ‘phone, and air-conditioning and individual lockers that pull out from underneath the beds. Towels are provided. Large 24-hr reception, bar, 2 lifts, dining room seating approximately140 persons. Meals are served buffet style. The dining room may be used for meetings and rehearsals.
MEININGER Hotel Berlin Prenzlauerberg
The hotel is located in the up & coming Prenzlauer Berg area, with the historical Jewish cemetery around the corner. The two most famous places of East Berlin, Hackescher Markt and Alexanderplatz, are barely 15 minutes walk away. Opened in March 2008, this hotel represents the best quality in purpose-built youth hotels. Rooms for students are usually 4 - 6 bedded with twin and single rooms for adults. Some bunk beds are used. All rooms have private facilities with towels, desk,chair, flat screen TV (satellite), wooden floors and modern key-card system. 24 hr reception, internetterminals, dining room, luggage room; Lockers at reception; Internet access and Wi-Fi; Games roomwith table football & pool table.
MEININGER Hotel Berlin Mitte
The centre is located in the district of ‘Berlin Mitte’ (central Berlin), in a good area, with shops nearby.The nearest S-bahn station is ‘Oranienburger Strasse’. The hostel, which opened on 1 August 2011,consists of 2 buildings, one of which has 5 floors, the other has 6 floors. Rooms for students are ofmodern design, 3 – 6 bedded with some bunk beds used. All rooms have private facilities, satellite T.V, telephone, hairdryer, and individual lockers. Towels are provided. A small 24-hour reception, bar, 2 lifts, dining room, with seating for 120. Meals are served buffet style. Groups will need to book slots in advance for breakfast sittings. The dining room may also be used for meetings and rehearsals out of meal times on request.
