Here at European Study Tours, we never underestimate the importance of ensuring the safety and security of students traveling on school trips, and we recognise the inevitable responsibility that group leaders take on so that their pupils can benefit from a 'learning outside the classroom' experience.
This week, European Study Tours' Director, Julie Norris, attended the AGM of the School Travel Forum, which is celebrating its tenth anniversary this year. Attended by representatives from many member organisations, delegates discussed ways in which to help decision makers make informed choices when booking school trips and thus ensure the highest possible standards of safety. As a founder member of the STF, European Study Tours remains committed to promoting best practice in the educational travel market, and we are proud to be able to assure school and colleges of the quality and safety of the tours we organise.
Julie says: "In those ten years of STF membership, European Study Tours has successfully arranged over 7,000 tours. Each and every one of those group leaders has been able to promote their tour, safe in the knowledge that it has been put together with School Travel Forum standards and objectives in mind."
