Global Entrepreneurship Week
16-22 November 2009
During Global Entrepreneurship Week thousands of events are run in the UK and across the world to encourage innovation, imagination and creativity.
In the current economic climate we need entrepreneurs and enterprising people now more than ever - fresh thinkers who spot opportunities, apply their talents and overcome obstacles to lake their ideas happen!!
At European Study Tours we recognise the importance of developing skills such as entrepreneurship and taking learning outside the classroom. We have some fantastic suggestions for ways in which you can combine both of these in order to benefit your students.
Coinciding with Global Entrepreneurship Week 2009, is one of our most successful student conferences 4 Entrepreneurs. The conference will feature Duncan Goose - One Water, Jessica Huie - Colourblind Cards, John Kearon - Brainjuicer and Priya Lakhani - Masala Masala. Each of our speakers has their own story to tell - for more information about the conference and the individual speakers click here.
We also have a range of specialised study visits which can be combined as part of a tailor made tour and which are ideal for Business Studies students. These visits allow students a 'behind-the-scenes' look at various industries from small family-run companies to multi-national corporations. Students can hear about the history of a company and learn about what makes them successful. From London to Barcelona, Prague and New York, we can arrange a tour to suit your specific needs.
