George Stephenson High School takes the scenic route through Spain.
Students of George Stephenson High School were able to put their Spanish to the test on a trip to Malaga. They spent some time exploring the centre of Granada, where they observed beautiful historical landmarks like the Statue of Queen Isabella and Columbus.
"Great range of food at breakfast and the evening meal, everybody had a full plate at each meal. The packed lunches in particular were excellent, plenty of food to eat and all appropriate for fussy children".
The group were also able to immerse themselves in Spanish culture, with a lesson on how to cook Paella, and a step by step flamenco class.
"Paella group and flamenco was all delivered in Spanish which was excellent, and the students were able to follow most of it. They were both highlights of the trip".
