Council for Learning Outside the Classroom Update

Interesting times ahead, writes Beth Gardner, Chief Executive of the Council for Learning Outside the Classroom.

The last few months have seen some important steps forward for the Council, with the LOtC Quality Badge scheme now being endorsed by local authorities across the country and the Select Committee Review Report into Learning Outside the Classroom further underlining its importance. But even as cross party political support for learning outside the classroom gathers pace, the future of the Council hangs in the balance as we wait to see how the change in government will affect our future.
